Kentucky ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Kentucky Secretary of State requires that both Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The Annual Report form is mailed to the designated Registered Agent of the company on the first week of each February. The Secretary of State offers online filing of the Annual Report.

Kentucky ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
